If you want your Madame Luna account and the personal data associated with it deleted, follow the steps below. Your request is sent to the Madame Luna team.

How to submit a deletion request

1. Send an email to rslabsdev@gmail.com.
2. Use “Account Deletion” as the subject line.
3. Include the email address (or username) registered in the app so we can verify and locate your account.
4. Once we receive your request, we verify your identity and delete your account.

What data is deleted?

On your request, the following data associated with your account is permanently deleted:

• Profile information (name, email address, phone number)
• Date of birth and astrology/zodiac information
• Reading history and interpretations (tarot, coffee cup, dream, palm, etc.)
• Photos you uploaded (coffee cup, palm, etc.)
• Chat messages (conversations with Madame Luna)
• Coin/wallet balance and in-app preferences

What data is kept for a while?

Some transaction data, such as purchase and payment records, is retained for the period required by applicable legal and financial obligations (e.g. tax law) and deleted at the end of that period. These records are never used for marketing.

How long does it take?

Your account and the personal data listed above are deleted within 30 days of your request being verified. Records that must be retained by law follow their respective retention periods.
